Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing efforts and optimize hiring strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • The ability to navigate career websites, including job boards and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
