The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing recruitment delivery across all functions in the Philippines, ensuring that hiring targets are met efficiently and to a high standard of quality. This includes overseeing high-volume recruitment for BPO operations as well as hiring for corporate, technical, and leadership roles.

The main responsibilities of a TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operational excellence in recruitment activities
  • Leading and managing a team of recruitment professionals
  • Ensuring alignment of recruitment efforts with the Group's talent acquisition strategies, processes, and objectives
  • Providing guidance, support, and motivation to team members
  • Equipping the team with tools, resources, and skills to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Proven track record of hiring for volume and niche roles in a BPO or tech-enabled company.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, assessment tools, and recruitment trends.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies and platforms (e.g.,LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet).
  • Experience working in a regional or group-aligned recruitment function, with exposure to global processes and reporting structures. good with strategy, can grow the brand, help Symbos enter PH labor market relevance
  • Experience in setting up TA processes, in consideration TA costs and KPI commitments
  • Coaching, people, performance management
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Passionate about DEI, candidate experience, and culture-building.
  • A detail-oriented approach, ensuring compliance and consistency in recruitment delivery.
  • A proactive mindset, with a focus on identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
