The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organisation, including high-volume hiring for BPO operations, as well as recruitment for corporate, technical, and leadership positions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the organisation attracts, engages, and hires top talent to meet business needs within agreed timelines and quality standards.

The role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective recruitment solutions, while providing an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

The main responsibilities of a TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST include:

  • Manages the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organisation, including high-volume hiring for BPO operations, as well as recruitment for corporate, technical, and leadership positions
  • Ensures the organisation attracts, engages, and hires top talent to meet business needs within agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective recruitment solutions
  • Provides an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and best practices in recruitment compliance.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate, technical, or leadership roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing or end-to-end recruitment (BPO or startup experience preferred).
  • Strong sourcing skills, with experience using job boards, social media, and other channels to identify and

    engage candidates.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies

    simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring

    managers, and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (HR, Business, Psychology a plus).
