We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented talent acquisition professional to join our HR team. This role supports the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent to meet the company's hiring needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives to attract diverse talent.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events such as job fairs and campus visits.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
