
Senior Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure that our customers derive maximum value from our platform. This involves aligning their business goals with our product capabilities and providing them with the necessary support and resources to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster strong relationships with customers and understand their unique needs and pain points.
Provide expert guidance on how to leverage our platform to achieve their business objectives.
Develop and implement tailored plans to address customer-specific challenges and improve adoption rates.
Conduct regular reviews with customers to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancement.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, address concerns, and enhance overall satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments, industry trends, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in customer outcomes.
Requirements:
3-5 years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience in a SaaS company.
Prior experience with Contact Center technology as a provider or in operations.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management.
Strong skills in verbal and written communication, strategic planning, project management, and relationship-building.
Experience leading meetings, conducting regular cadences, and quarterly/annual customer success reviews.
Knowledge of Salesforce and ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
