This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through effective onboarding, support, and strategic account management.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our platform and its applications, with the ability to guide clients in adopting features that improve their workflow and ROI. They will be responsible for nurturing customer health from onboarding through renewal, negotiating renewal terms, and proactively managing churn risks.
In addition, the successful candidate will partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to drive customer-driven initiatives, bring customer feedback to internal teams to inform product improvements, and own their customer pipeline, forecast weekly activity, and share insights with leadership.
The Customer Success Specialist will also be responsible for tracking engagement levels and recommending improvements where needed. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with customers.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong verbal communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Nurture customer health from onboarding through renewal
- Negotiate renewal terms and proactively manage churn risks
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to drive customer-driven initiatives
- Bring customer feedback to internal teams to inform product improvements
- Owning customer pipeline, forecasting weekly activity, and sharing insights with leadership
- Prior experience in Account Management or Customer Success, especially in a role focused on retention and product adoption
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, confident, personable, and professional on frequent client calls
- Familiarity with Salesforce and internal communication tools like Microsoft Teams
- Strong organizational skills, methodical, and calm under pressure, even when managing multiple priorities
