- Leading the creation and scheduling of marketing campaigns that align with our brand voice and aesthetic.
- Collaborating with the Customer Experience team to enhance customer communications using feedback to improve messaging strategy.
- Designing detailed briefs for the Content team to create high-converting content.
- Experimenting with subject lines, CTAs, visuals, layout, and other campaign elements to maximize performance.
- Partnering with the Product team to ensure high-priority items receive appropriate visibility in email campaigns.
- Tracking and analyzing key metrics to refine future strategies.
- Having 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing.
- Exhibiting skilled copywriting abilities and creating messages that convert.
- Understanding digital customer behavior and how to drive action through comms.
- Being a strong communicator who can manage briefs, coordinate across teams, and identify bottlenecks.
- Exhibiting excellent prioritization and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Klaviyo or Netcore is a plus.
- Strong technical CRM skills, including segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds.
