Job Title: Virtual Assistant
Key Responsibilities- Engage with inbound leads, book appointments, and close deals over the phone.
- Maintain a high level of outbound cold calls to targeted prospects.
- Follow up on warm leads via multiple communication channels.
- Accurately update CRM records with relevant notes.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments/messages in a timely manner.
- Develop and schedule content to maintain consistent engagement.
- Draft and send targeted email campaigns.
- Support follow-up communications after meetings or investigations.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Appointment Setter is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident presence.
- Cold calling, appointment setting, and sales closing expertise is beneficial.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively to meet targets.
- Professional and trustworthy - comfortable working with a private investigation agency.
