This is a high-trust, high-impact position that supports two principals in their professional and personal affairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics.
- Track and drive completion of key tasks and projects with minimal follow-up.
- Prepare briefings, updates, and summaries in a clear format.
- Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information.
- Handle expense reports, budget tracking, and simple spreadsheet management.
- Coordinate household vendors and service providers.
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues across multiple platforms.
- Ensure consistent support even while principals are traveling.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools.
- Strong numeracy, research, and summarization skills.
- Flexible with time zones, with occasional availability to align with Eastern Time.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to occasionally travel or collaborate in-person, if required.
