Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Global Business Development Partner.

In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our global network of recruitment partners and driving student enrollment growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment agencies across the globe, ensuring we meet our student enrollment targets while building lasting relationships with our partners.

You will source and sign new agents in strategic international markets, conduct business meetings and webinars to drive applications, and travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships.

Additionally, you will monitor agency performance, optimize conversion rates, track activities, leads, and commissions using Zoho CRM, and participate in weekly sales meetings to contribute ideas and hit KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or international recruitment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
  • Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
