We're Hiring: Sales Coordinator – Freight Forwarding

Location: Iloilo, Philippines

We're looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our sales operations in the freight forwarding industry. This role is all about building strong client relationships, coordinating between teams, and ensuring smooth communication from inquiry to shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with Pricing, Operations, and Sales teams.
  • Prepare and send approved quotations.
  • Follow up with clients to secure bookings and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and reach out to new prospects.
  • Assist Sales Team with proposals, reports, and lead generation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding sales coordination or customer service.
  • Solid understanding of freight forwarding, pricing, and shipment processes.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
