E-Commerce Specialist Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing website operations and ensuring a seamless user experience. This includes managing product listings, optimizing product information, and coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners.

  • Manage website operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize product listings, including writing detailed descriptions, creating visual assets, and specifying product features.
  • Cultivate relationships with content creators, influencers, and compatible businesses to expand our reach and improve brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop concepts, layouts, and promotional activities that drive sales and engagement.
  • Set prices competitively in accordance with industry trends and sales strategy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Design and implement PPC advertisement campaigns and social media engagement initiatives to drive traffic and conversion.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries.
  • Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Skills and knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 levels).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics for project management and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of CSS Media queries.
