We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, as well as strong communication skills in English and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • The Claims Department is responsible for resolving claims efficiently and accurately. We are looking for someone who can assist with this process and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and text.

  • Administrative tasks include managing tolls and parking tickets. The successful candidate will be able to handle these responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

  • We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Marketing efforts require collaboration with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with various tasks such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.

  • Collaboration is key to ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with team members to achieve this goal.

  • CRM Management is essential for tracking customer interactions and providing exceptional customer service.

  • The successful candidate will be able to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.

  • Marketing background or experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), and agility in learning new internal software and systems.

  • Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • A high-performance computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS.

  • Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBps, wired only.

  • An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated.

  • Backup Internet.
