Job Title: Customer Support Agent
">- This is a full-time position working remotely.
- We are seeking 2 candidates with excellent communication skills and strong customer service focus to join our team as Customer Support Agents.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Gorgias and Shopify, handling customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining accurate product listings in the online store.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely support to customers via Gorgias (email, chat, or social channels).
- Handle customer inquiries, order updates, returns, and refunds efficiently.
- Troubleshoot product and order-related issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings in Shopify.
- Ensure all product updates are accurate and aligned with company branding.
- Monitor and report recurring issues or customer feedback to improve processes.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize the overall customer experience.
- Experience with e-commerce operations beyond customer support.
- Familiarity with online retail workflows such as fulfillment, returns, and promotions.
- Proven experience in Customer Support (e-commerce preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Gorgias (required).
- Hands-on experience managing products in Shopify (required).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
