Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Professional to join our support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and respectful manner
  • Processing payments, endorsements, and claims follow-ups
  • Providing quotes and basic insurance coverage education (training provided)
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as email sorting and file uploads
  • Supporting the marketing team when needed

Requirements include:

  • At least 4 years experience in customer service, specifically in an insurance account
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or light accent
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Background in insurance or finance
  • Familiarity with U.S. geography and insurance terminology
  • Experience with VoIP and inner office communication software

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
