About the Job

This role involves providing administrative support to a client-facing organization. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing back-office operations, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and assisting with strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in CRM & Database Management: Manage and update databases to ensure accurate records and reliable reporting.
  • Website Maintenance: Update websites with event details, registration links, and calendars.
  • Communications Support: Assist with drafting and distributing community emails or announcements.
  • Proactive Project Coordination: Anticipate events and needs by setting reminders and coordinating timelines.

Requirements
  • Must have at least one year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
  • The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, proactive collaboration, and the ability to operate both independently and as a team player.
  • We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, honesty, and a personable approach who can foster trust and bring an uplifting presence to their work.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce (experience with Salesforce NPSP is a major plus)
  • Basic spreadsheet/Excel formulas and navigation (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Website management (e.g. SquareSpace, Ecwid, Wix)
