Remote Virtual Assistant Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our remote team on day-to-day tasks. This includes ad hoc administrative support across other teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation and Design
    • Develop engaging social media graphics, slides, and course visuals using Canva.
    • Perform basic video editing for course and social content.
    • Create high-quality written content, such as emails, social posts, and course material.
  • Course Management and Development
    • Set up and manage courses on Kajabi learning management system.
    • Create engaging slides for webinars and courses.
    • Manage basic Learning Management System (LMS) tasks.
  • Project Management and Organization
    • Track tasks and coordinate with the team using project management tools.
    • Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using Go High Level software.
    • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain them.
  • Marketing and Client Management
    • Manage social media presence by posting and engaging with followers.
    • Setup and automate email marketing campaigns.
    • Provide exceptional client support via email and direct messages.
  • Technical and Administrative Support
    • Update the company website using Kajabi.
    • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
    • Enter data accurately and format documents.
  • Professional Attributes
    • Be punctual, proactive, and productive in your work.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
    • Proficient in sales and reporting dashboards.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and database management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
