About the role

CURA PROCESSING SERVICES INC' is seeking a skilled US Title Processor to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing property title-related tasks for our clients based in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the real estate and property industry.

As a US Title Processor, you will be based in Metro Manila and will work closely with our US-based operations to ensure efficient and accurate title processing. This is a contract position, offering flexibility and the chance to gain valuable experience in the real estate and property administration field.

What you'll be doing

  • Reviewing and processing property title-related documents, including title searches, title reports, and title insurance policies
  • Conducting research to verify ownership history, liens, and other encumbrances on properties
  • Communicating with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather and provide information related to property titles
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation throughout the title processing lifecycle
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Collaborating with the wider team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in title processing or a related real estate/property administration role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills to resolve complex title-related issues
  • Proficient in using relevant software and technology for title processing tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with US real estate laws, regulations, and title processing best practices
