Job Opportunity: Ecommerce Project Manager

The Role:

Lead e-commerce projects for a premier growth marketing firm partnering with 250+ top consumer brands.

  • Clients Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their e-commerce needs and document requirements.
  • Project Organizer: Create detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Task Translator: Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams.
  • Timeline Manager: Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines.
  • Proactive Communicator: Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
  • Quality Assurance Inspector: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects on time while meeting quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining productivity.

Required Skills:

  • eCommerce Expertise: Extensive experience managing e-commerce projects with a deep understanding of online retail operations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
