Job Title: Ecommerce Product Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our ecommerce team by handling product uploads on BigCommerce.

  • This includes adding product details, uploading images, ensuring alt text and descriptions are optimized, and maintaining accuracy across the catalog.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with ecommerce platforms, particularly BigCommerce, and strong organizational skills.

A successful candidate will be able to coordinate with suppliers to gather necessary product information, review product listings for accuracy and consistency, and communicate effectively with the team to ensure timely product launches and updates.

In this role, you will be responsible for uploading products to BigCommerce, including titles, descriptions, and pricing, as well as uploading and organizing product images. Additionally, you will add SEO-friendly alt text for images and review product listings for accuracy and consistency.
