Technical Web Project Manager Role

A key responsibility in this position is to lead a team of talented designers and developers to deliver innovative e-commerce solutions, engaging marketing campaigns, and cohesive branding projects.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing e-commerce projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and techniques. They should be familiar with Shopify, WordPress, and marketing tools like email and SMS platforms.

As a Technical Web Project Manager, you will oversee and manage designers and developers working on new projects and ongoing support tasks, ensuring optimal functionality and design excellence. You will also lead teams working on new WordPress websites and ongoing updates or support, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining clear project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes. You will also act as the main point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the team.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. They should also be able to work effectively across different time zones and possess strong troubleshooting and conflict-resolution skills.
