Ecommerce Growth Manager Position

Overview

Common Thread Collective is looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team. You will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.

You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients.

As a proactive partner in client success, you will maintain clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations.

Responsibilities & Benefits
  • Build growth maps using the Prophet System and perform data analysis required for the map; align marketing calendar with clients.
  • Daily execution and actualisation versus forecast; conduct tactical deconstructions to adjust projections to meet KPIs; translate client feedback into strategic plans.
  • Lead in challenging situations to ensure execution; maintain insatiable curiosity and explore multiple solutions; implement CTC's Meta best practices and growth campaigns.
  • Maintain within 5% Delta to Forecast; daily client alignment; monitor satisfaction and ensure Prophet system execution on schedule and with high quality.
  • Champion clear client alignment on Growth Map goals, provide daily performance updates, and coordinate weekly strategy calls with the client.
