Remote Ecommerce Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
About the RoleThe Ecommerce Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative and ecommerce support tasks, assisting with customer support and order processing, and coordinating email campaigns. They will also be required to create simple social media posts, respond to basic inquiries, and update and manage products using Magento.
Responsibilities- Manage daily administrative and ecommerce support tasks

- Respond to basic inquiries
- Update and manage products using Magento
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and full-shift availability
- Efficiency: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Initiative: A go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to completing tasks
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant virtual assistant or ecommerce support experience
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Magento, and MS Word is a plus
