We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at AIDEA CAREERS. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive business growth and build strong relationships with clients.
About the Role:
The Strategic Business Development Executive will be responsible for researching and identifying industry trends and challenges to help the business grow. You will analyze competitors and market players to find opportunities, develop clear strategies for different market sectors, and create action plans to support business growth and hit goals.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Researching and Identifying Industry Trends and Challenges: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the architecture, engineering, and design industries to identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyzing Competitors and Market Players: Conduct thorough analyses of competitors and market players to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
- Developing Clear Strategies: Develop comprehensive strategies for different market sectors to give the firm a competitive edge.
- Creating Action Plans: Create detailed action plans to support business growth and achieve targets.
- Tracking and Managing Business Development Efforts: Monitor and manage business development efforts, including client leads and opportunities.
- Preparing and Delivering Impacted Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations that resonate with clients and showcase the firm's expertise.
- Working with Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to create marketing materials that align with business goals.
- Leading Proposal Submissions: Lead proposal submissions and ensure portfolios reflect the firm's best work.
- Collaborating with the Contracts Team: Work closely with the Contracts Team to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitoring Business Performance Metrics: Monitor business performance metrics, such as sales bookings and client pipelines, to meet targets.
- Building and Nurturing Long-Term Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Representing the Firm: Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events to foster new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Executive who can bring significant value to our team. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or design-related fields.
- Proven experience in business development, client relations, and marketing strategy, especially within the Philippines' architecture and design sectors.
