We are seeking a skilled Financial Record Specialist to maintain accurate financial records and support our accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and categorize transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Wave)
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports
- Invoice clients and manage accounts receivable/payable
- Organize receipts and financial documents
- Assist with payroll and expense tracking
- General administrative tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on bookkeeping
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
- Certificate or diploma in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field
- Experience working with U.S. Clients
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
