Job Opportunity: Enterprise Administrator

About the Position:
  • Manage strategic accounts, focusing on client retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships, provide training, conduct business reviews, resolve issues, gather feedback, and devise account strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and create a list of restaurants and hotels within specific groups.
  • Build customer profiles in a main CRM system.
  • Create promotions using a template in the main customer tool.
  • Generate reports in reporting tools and send them directly to external customers.
  • Conduct audits of customer accounts, including research-based recommendations.
  • Ensure instructions are updated across various teams.
  • Design templates across multiple tools as per instructions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google suite.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry (in an administrative capacity) is a plus.
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in Jira/Trello, Monday.com, Apple Maps.
