Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill the role of Property Manager/Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support by answering incoming calls.
  • Submit invoices into designated accounting software after receiving training.
  • Handle email correspondence and contact tenants regarding rent increases.
  • Assist in arranging property viewings and coordinating with potential tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of office experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic software applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
