Key to this role is the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage budgets, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Sales Leadership
  • Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including team management, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales plans to meet or exceed hotel profit objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improve sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategic changes as necessary.
  • Direct and manage group, transient, and catering/banquet sales activities to maximize revenue for the hotel.
  • Ensure seamless communication between departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
