Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer-focused professional to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction on both the client's Amazon Seller Central account and their website.

You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat on Amazon Seller Central and the client's website.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Assist customers with navigating the client's website, placing orders, and resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues to proactively address them.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience is required.

Preferably experienced with customer service tools such as E-desk or similar platforms.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs is critical.

A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central, is preferred but not required.

Detail-oriented individuals with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively will thrive in this role.

Proficiency in using email, chat, and other communication tools is necessary.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment is expected.

Must be available to engage through WhatsApp chat.

Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM).
