Senior Partnership Manager

The Senior Partnership Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of client partnerships. This role involves maintaining positive relationships, understanding client needs, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and vendor managers.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, updates, and queries effectively.
  • Anticipate client needs through detailed reports and data analysis to deliver value-added services.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and strong business connections.
  • Coordinate resources to support client deliverables and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Forecast, track, and report on key account metrics to drive business growth.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage client expectations and strive to meet or exceed contractual obligations.
  • Lead various audits and initiatives as requested by clients to enhance partnership effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client objectives.
  • Partner with the Account Client Partnership Leader to grow and retain client relationships strategically.
