Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Support Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong client service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

This role involves resolving customer support tickets in a timely manner. Troubleshooting technical issues related to SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs is another key aspect of this position.

Collaborating with clients to deliver the best outcomes is critical to success in this role. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

We require candidates with 4+ years' experience in SQL, production environments, and client support. Knowledge of Linux OS support and network administration is also essential.

Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL is required.
