Key Responsibilities:
· Format and maintain operational documents and other materials
· Data entry
· Accurate record keeping of data using in house systems
· Following up outstanding jobs/issues with company/clients/subcontractors
· Email and phone communication
· Assisting in providing customer service when necessary
· Liaising with staff in the Project Management and Engineering Departments
Qualifications:
· 2+ years experience working in admin support, data entry and filing
· Fluent English both written and verbal (key emphasis on email and phone manner)
· Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite and project management software
· Attention to detail
· Organised with strong time management skills
· Self motivated/ self starter
