Job Description:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements and skillsProven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin AssistantKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresWorking knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machinesProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related business courseAt least a year experience with the same field Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skillsAmenable to work-onsite at Bgc, Taguig
