Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years plus experience in customer service/sales/collections, Billing, and Technical Support positions or related industry
  • At least High School graduate (old or new curriculum)
  • Excellent Communication Skills as they will be handling Collections Resolutions Calls
  • Proven Customer Service Skills with string SOFT SKILLS
  • Empathy
  • Comprehension and Acknowledgement of the customer's situation
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of Google Suite Microsoft Word and Excel is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls to negotiate and collect outstanding amounts owed to our client.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries and manage customer complaints effectively.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, routing calls to appropriate resources when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions according to standard operating procedures.
  • Strive for good customer satisfaction and experience, adhering to quality guidelines set by the client.
  • Consistently perform based on a continuous improvement model.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all login and passwords (both internal and external).
  • Participate in all internal and external mandated training and seminars.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Probe Group policies and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of functional area and company policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
