- Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
- Answering employee requests and questions
- Preparing and recommending corrective actions
- Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
- Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in any Psychology, Human Resource or any business-related course
- With experience in supervisory or leading a team
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Able to do multi task
- Knowledgeable in timekeeping
- Familiar in Labor policies
- Willing to oversee corporate employees
