Handle daily core HR functions, such as:Recruitment and Onboarding:• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.Employee Records Management:• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.• Process employee documentation related to promotions, transfers, and terminations.Benefits Administration:• Administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.• Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and facilitate open enrollment processes.Time and Attendance:• Manage time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.• Prepare and distribute periodic reports on attendance and leave balances.HR Compliance:• Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.Employee Relations:• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns.• Facilitate communication between employees and management.Training and Development:• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.• Keep track of employee training records.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• At least 6 months or 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.• Knowledge of All Facets of Human Resources and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.• Understanding of labor laws and regulations
