Handle daily core HR functions, such as:Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees

Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Process employee documentation related to promotions, transfers, and terminations

Benefits Administration:

  • Administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and facilitate open enrollment processes

Time and Attendance:

  • Manage time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and distribute periodic reports on attendance and leave balances

HR Compliance:

  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Keep track of employee training records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months or 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of All Facets of Human Resources and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
