Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who is dynamic, data-driven, and results-oriented to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to optimize our sales processes and work closely with the Sales Performance Manager to drive sales. Furthermore, you will identify opportunities through data analysis to improve overall sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to streamline processes and improve sales productivity.
  • Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Use data to drive team performance and identify individual opportunities
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems to support sales and reporting needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with broader company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting and analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Schedule and manage sales training programs to enhance team skills and effectiveness.
  • Assess and improve sales technology stack to support sales automation and efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on sales operations performance.

Qualifications

With a completed Bachelor's degree you will have:

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.

WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

This role works mostly in a HYBRID SETUP and to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:

  • conducive home office (free from noise and distraction)
  • main internet: wired internet of at least 50mbps
  • reliable back up internet: at least 10mbps speed
