This is where you and your skills come in . We're currently looking for: Revenue Operations Billing Analyst is essential to the company's fast and accurate billing procedures. To ensure that client invoices are generated correctly, and revenue recognition is accurate, this function requires cooperation with several departments, including sales, finance, and customer support. To support effective revenue operations, the billing analyst will examine billing data, address inconsistencies, and maintain billing systems.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

Handling Urgent Requests

Billing Operations processes critical tasks including invoicing, feature add-ons, credit limit increases, case dispatching and other cases that need resolution and assistance from other teams.

Billing Process Management

Collaborate with sales and account management teams to gather accurate billing information and ensure proper documentation for invoicing. Generate and review customer invoices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to contractual terms. Manage and maintain billing schedules to ensure timely invoicing for recurring revenue streams.

Ad hoc Task

Must assist and work with the team if all team members are required to help with ad hoc activities. (e.g. Case Dispatching)

Discrepancy Resolution

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as sales, customer service, and finance.

Systems Maintenance

Maintain billing systems and software to ensure accurate and up-to-date billing information and processes. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to billing systems and implement enhancements or fixes as needed.

Process Improvement:

Continuously identify opportunities for streamlining billing processes, reducing manual efforts, and improving overall efficiency. Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing revenue operations and optimizing customer billing experiences.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure that billing practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Maintain accurate documentation of billing processes, procedures, and policies.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in using billing and financial software/systems; experience with Salesforce, Netsuite systems is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule or rotational shift schedule.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on challenges in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment
