Riego de Dios Consulting is commissioned by its professional services client to identify an HR Manager to support its growing business in the country.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR processes and procedures, managing employee relations, recruiting and hiring, developing and implementing HR policies, and providing HR support and guidance. This will be a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and principles
  • Experience in employee relations, recruiting, and talent management
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
