Job Description:

  • If you have a background in HR administration and can support in:
    • Administration duties such as maintaining employees' files, enforcing company policies and processes, preparing payroll, recruiting company employees, and developing and implementing training and development plans
    • Conducting and reporting on performance, compiling departmental tasks, and other related duties

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a relevant degree in Human Resources administration or equivalent experience
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with HR and Payroll, knowledge of processing mandatory benefits, SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, and other company legal documents
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication skills (English and Filipino)
  • Teamworking skills with a diverse group of people
  • Ability to work full-time at the office located in Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000 - Php18,000.00 per month
