Human Resources and Admin Officer

Job Description:
- If you have a background in HR administration and can support in:
- Administration duties such as maintaining employees' files, enforcing company policies and processes, preparing payroll, recruiting company employees, and developing and implementing training and development plans
- Conducting and reporting on performance, compiling departmental tasks, and other related duties
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a relevant degree in Human Resources administration or equivalent experience
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with HR and Payroll, knowledge of processing mandatory benefits, SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, and other company legal documents
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Professional and effective communication skills (English and Filipino)
- Teamworking skills with a diverse group of people
- Ability to work full-time at the office located in Quezon City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000 - Php18,000.00 per month
