The HR Director is an exempt level position, a key decision maker at the company who works with the executive team to discuss business objectives and relates them to Human Resource Strategic Plans and Programs. She/He develops, executes and follows through on focused programs and services to drive revenue and improve people efficiency for the organization's needs. This position also requires focus on business metrics, reporting, and analytics that reflect the current and future gaps of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Have at least 12 years of work experience in all aspects of Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior management position in a fast-paced dynamic people environment, such as retail
  • Has experience in handling more than 10,000 employees
  • Proven experience developing, testing and analyzing company human resources programs
  • Intensive experience in HR as a business partner, implementing organization strategy and translating it to results
  • Have intense background and knowledge on organizational development, succession planning, people operations and workforce planning, compensation, HR processes and legal regulations, and preventive labor relations.
  • Adept with HR technology like HRIS, People Analytics and using data for decision making and strategy. Data Driven.
  • With background in Six Sigma and/or engineering methodologies in improving processes. Process Driven.
  • A Masters Degree in Business Administration or HR Administration / related fields would be preferred
