Concierge / Front Desk Officer

Job Description:
- Assist with daily concerns of residents and guests
- Provide accurate information about the property and surrounding area
- Resolve concerns and provide timely feedback to residents
- Ensures all maintenance service requests are monitored and followed up until completion
- Assist in making reservations or arrangements for various services inside and outside the property
- Assist in booking and reservation of amenities on the property
- Prepares weekly reports of requests, concerns, and pending inquiries on the property
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Management, Hospitality, Business Administration and other course alike
With good communication skills
