Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and checking in clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, performing clerical tasks, and providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 Years Experience as a Receptionist or Beauty Consultant
  • 1-2 Years Experience as a Cashier
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proficient in basic computer skills such as email, calendar, and word processing
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Esp. Excel & Word)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
