Role Description
The System Engineer will work directly with our clients, as well as other system engineers, to provide support on various support tickets to provide installation and support service for multiple customer networks. Responsible for working tickets of varying degree of difficulty on our service desk. This is a full-time on-site role located in BGC, Taguig City.
Qualifications
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience with Help Desk/Service Desk
- Knowledge in Active Directory (New/Term Users, Password Reset)
- Knowledge in MFA Support (New Setups, New Device, Unlock Users)
- Recurring Server/Network Maintenance
- Managed LAN, VPN, Office 365, DHCP, DNS etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 1 year experience in handling international clients
