Duties and Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting visitors to the office.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Take detailed minutes during the meeting.
Organize schedule of drivers and vehicle assignments.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing the preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories.
Provide general support to Executive Management and O&M Administrator in handling requests and queries.
Receive admin related invoices and review accuracy before forwarding them to the Accounting Team.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate of BS in Business Administration or other related fields.
At least 1-2 years’ experience in the field.
Working knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficient in MS Office.
Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
