Position: Business Development Manager
Location: BGC
Work Setup: Hybrid
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: PHP 100,000

Qualifications:
-- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
-- Proven track record of success in business development, particularly in selling cloud services on AWS
-- Minimum of 3 years of strong experience in selling IT and cloud services in the Philippine market
-- Strong knowledge of cloud technology and its business benefits; relevant certifications are an advantage
-- Demonstrated ability to exceed performance metrics and close large, complex deals by presenting a compelling point of view
-- Excellent communication and presentation skills
-- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
-- Ability to work independently and within a team
-- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
-- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience selling AWS cloud services

Responsibilities:
-- Deliver revenue targets within the assigned territory
-- Act as a business partner to clients, offering solutions to their most challenging problems using 1CH’s services
-- Clearly articulate 1CH’s value proposition for cloud migration, modernization, and cloud-native application development (including SAP)
-- Execute weekly business closures and plan for long-term strategic engagements
-- Ensure client satisfaction and build strong engagement with 1CH
-- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery
-- Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing relevant insights and information with clients
-- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in the CRM system
