SUMMARY OF FUNCTION

As a Receptionist, he/she will provide essential support to clerical tasks to ensure proper communication between veterinarians and pet owners. This job involves greeting, receiving, and answering inquiries about the clinic's facilities and services, as well as scheduling appointments for patients.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinic Management

  • Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various medical procedures, if need be.
  • Ensure the reception is clean, tidy, secure, and in line with workplace safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Greet and guide visitors/patients, informing staffs of their arrival
  • Schedule patients for the procedures and communicate with the veterinarians
  • Managing client and patient expectations on the service procedures by providing accurate overview of the process flow and guiding them accordingly.
  • Assist patients whenever necessary before endorsing to respective procedure
  • Compiles as well as maintains control of records of results

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least college level, or any course related to the job
  • Strong passion for animal care and welfare, Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment,
  • Knowledge in system in Kreloses is an advantage
  • Strong people and communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate (spoken and written) in English and Tagalog

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
