Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist who is passionate about sales and marketing and has experience working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Requirements for the role:
Proven sales experience from independent contractor, sales representative or distributor background, Freelancing, social media platforms
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Ability to negotiate and collaborate with others in a positive manner.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills.
Great time management.
Strong decision-making skills
Must be willing to start immediately

Main Duties:
Build existing and develop new freelancers & business relationships
Create, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to determine effectiveness of influencers efforts and anticipate customer needs
Secure new business using a variety of methods, such as cold calling, email, trade shows, and referrals
Work with influencers teams to identify, develop, and articulate new business opportunities in any other platform
Identify and communicate sales opportunities throughout the organization
Provide support to influencers teams and individuals by preparing reports and presentations
Assist with special projects and tasks as requested
